Oh What a Merry Land is England!

Oh What a Merry Land is England!

Little Jack Horner sat in a corner,
Eating his Christmas pie,
Singing "Oh, what a merry land is England"
He stuck in his thumb and he pulled out a plum
And said "Oh what a good boy am I"
Singing "Oh, what a merry land is England"

cho:
Hail to Britannia, God save the king
These times be good times, else we would not sing.
Hokey Pokey, penny a loaf, taste before you buy
Singing "Oh, what a merry land is England"

Old Mrs. Hubbard went to the cupboard
To get her daughter a dress.
Singing "Oh, what a merry land is England"
But when she got there, the cupboard was bare
And so was the daughter, I guess
Singing "Oh, what a merry land is England"

Little Bo-Peep has lost her sheep
And doesn't know where to find 'em
Singing "Oh, what a merry land is England"
Leave 'em alone and they'll come home
Dragging their tails behind 'em
Singing "Oh, what a merry land is England"
